The Charlie Roberts Band is a professional Pensacola 3 man band who, like the other professionals listed above, uses state of the art midi-sequenced sampled horn sections and percussion tracks to create a full band sound that rivals the sound of 5-9 piece bands.

Most live bands never learn more than 60-100 songs, if that many, since the usual four hour gig only has time for about 40 songs.  Because of the constant personnel changes, many bands end up playing the same tunes gig after gig. Not The Charlie Roberts Band!  With an active song list of over 800 songs from several hundred different artists, they are sure to have your favorites.

We've all have experienced the late band, either for a reception, a party or nightclub event.  It seems that one member is always late, holding up everyone else.  Not The Charlie Roberts Band! They make it a practice to get to the event several hours ahead of time so as to have ample time for setup and sound check, long before the guests arrive.

Live bands are always taking a break after a 40 minute set.  Sometimes the breaks get long.  Often, the band leader will throw in a CD or tape to kill the dead air, but sometimes not.  Unless you give them the CD or specify the content of theirs, you have no input for 25 -30% of your contracted event time. Not with The Charlie Roberts Band!  they provide a live DJ service in between their live sets so there is no break in the entertainment. At no extra charge.  They take requests and, as a professional DJ himself, Charlie Roberts knows how to keep the party going until it's time to play live.
